Milton Glaser on TED
For those of you how don’t know it yet (who the hell am I’m talking to??) TED is a great conference initiative started back in1984 to bring together people from all around the world and several different fields, from technology to design, entertainment, sociology and so on. Every now and then I go through some TED’s speeches and I’m always surprised with the enormous amount of relevant content that can be found there.
The speech below was given by the renowned graphic designer Milton Glaser, in one of TED’s conferences. Check it out!
A little about Milton Glasner:
One of the more expressive graphic designers ever, Milton Glasner is, among many other things, co-founder of New York Magazine, Pushpin Studios, WBMG and Milton Glaser Inc. besides a world wide prize-winner graphic designer. His work has been top reference for professionals and arts institutes such as the Museum Of Modern Art in New York and the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris.
If none of these things ring a bell, you may also know him for his most famous work, the “I (heart) NY”.
